i have been working on a graph with dundas webchart and vb.net and sql server 7, on my development computer im runnimg xp pro with iis 5.1 and everyting works perfecly.:suss: when i transfered the web folder on to our main server, which actually runs sql server 7, the graph takes an age to load and the server seem to struggle as the aspnet_wp.exe starts to increase in memory.:(( i must point out however the graph is quite larger and so is the table in sql, but my development computer is nowhere near the processing power of the server, surely there is something wrong? Does anyone know why this happens.

Is the issue with the time it takes to retrieve the data, or the time to populate the chart? Or are you getting the chart to retrieve the data directly (which would make it hard to see what part is taking up the time)? However, the best thing to do is send your inquiry into support@dundas.com , and give them more details about the situation (the size of the dataset, the type of chart, the method you are using to populate the chart, etc.) Troy
