Death by PowerPoint :( Even my daughters junior school shows them how to create PP slides. When she brings the work home I dread what fantastic effect they have learned this week. It is the spawn of Satan and should be expunged from the very fabric of society. Cue unnecessary text slide from the left. Have -----> a ----------> nice ----------------->day I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

Well, yeah, but the iron maiden was a tool as well, and there just weren't a lot of people looking for good uses back in its day. :) If you build a teaspoon with an extra long handle to make it easier to dig large plots, you have a tool that is unfit for use as a teaspoon, while encoraging uses that are much less productive.

121 slides in PP is nothing. How you deliver it is everything. I've seen large PP presentations. 100+ slides. 10 were actually discussed and the rest could be downloaded by *whoever* later and they could have as much or little as they want. At least it wasn't 666 slides in the presentation! BOO!-HISS!:omg:

I have you ever looked at a PowerPoint presentation created by a junior high school kid? My daughter uses it. I looked at one of her presentations last year. I almost projectile-regurgitated when I realized she used a different theme for every slide X|. Fortunately, the teacher graded on content.
