Can someone explain JSOPs to me please?

I have been asked to write a blurb for a publication, and I though I might mention that whilst I don’t know JSOPs (Joint Strategic Objectives Plans ) as I have never studied it at all and the only link I can find for it at google is broken. I'd like to mention that I do like what I already have learnt about it, (since it has been frequently mentioned in this lounge) and that I try to impliment JSOPs into my own code now. JSOPs as you already might know is the programming system where you, never make bugs create terrific GUI etc. Anyhow can some one give me more advice on JSOPs so I don’t make a fool out of myself in the blurb please.
