Error on running page

Hi All, I am new in ASP.Net. Whenever I download a project from website and execute it from Directory "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Myproject", gives me error as given below. Error says need to create a virtual directory and on web.config. So what does it mean? But If I make a program from beginning then it's ok. Server Error in '/' Application. Configuration Error Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately. Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. Your folder has to be an application. Now it's just an ordinary folder in the default web. Open the IIS manager. Locate the folder, right click and select Properties. Click the Create button. --- b { font-weight: normal; }
