Remember the post a few days ago about the Carnivore software from FBI? i sent Anti-Virus an email and they replied back. Heres the reply: Hello! We have analyzed the file: Badtranb.ee - 29,020 bytes We have created a pattern for it and named it as WORM_BADTRANS.B. This memory-resident Internet worm is a variant of WORM_BADTRANS.A. It is supposed to propagate via email clients that use Windows sockets, such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Visit Ltpb.8m.com

On a related front, I got an email last night, which said something like I want her to love me as I love her. I want her to want me as I want her. Only you can help men, I place my life completely in your hands. Attached was a .com file. Naturally, I ran it. NOT. Is this a virus, as I suspect ? I couldn't find any info on Symantec, but what else could it be ? Christian After all, there's nothing wrong with an elite as long as I'm allowed to be part of it!! - Mike Burston Oct 23, 2001

Just think, a world without marketing/sales virus creators would be bored. ;) Visit Ltpb.8m.com
