If it's too good to be true - it usually is. Avoid them like the plague if you respect your fellow programmers at all.

Read the terms - they tell you it is illegal basically. There are other sites where you can buy legitimate software for less than retail - they buy in volume, buy inventory from companies that are going out of business etc. But it is not ridiculously discounted like this and you get shrinkwrapped boxes with licenses and CDs.

In Indian streets everything (software CDs) comes for 100Rs about 2$, now thats cheap.
