al.exe and csc.exe - where to find them?

I'm trying to play a bit with C# and multifile assemblies. Documentation mentions al.exe and csc.exe (linker and compiler) as tools needed for that but I can't find them in VS.NET RC. Anybody knows where to find them? Thanks CK
