how do you get the result back, like the string, the tostring function is deprecated and i don't know how to retrieve the name any other way, help ???:confused: IM PROUD TO BE A GMAIL;

Do you mean the filename of the file you selected in the file dialog? Why not use the
FileNameproperty?
