Sorry, but I can't help it...I got my new laptop for Christmas: 15.4" widescreen display geforce 440 128mb video card, amd64 2.0 ghz processor, 1.25 gigs of ram, 100 gb 7200 rpm hard drive, dvd burner, 6 in 1 card reader (internal), 54g internal wireless, ethernet port, 56k modem 3, usb ports 1 firewire port windows XP Pro installed and a 3 year extended accidental damage warranty I'm in heaven :) Thanks, John

congrats!! I keep saying I will do that everytime my boss takes the work laptop on my hand receipt, but I never do. psshh...whatever :) 15.4" widescreen...no, seriously... I had a Dell Inspiron 5160 15" screen which started doing something not permitted in my building...smoking! (And I thought some people I knew had a bad habit..) So anyway Dell replaces it under warranty...with a Inspiron 9300, and 17" widescreen....with 2.0 GHz Intel Pentium M, 2 GB of Memory and 80 GB HDD...a $2,000 value, for freeeeeeee! Plus it has a built-in internal CD/CD-R/CD-RW/DVD/DVD+R/DVD-R/DVD+RW/DVD-RW drive...with internal wireless and 6 USB ports...firewire port etc. Eat your heart out...VS.NET runs like a charm on it..
