    Would appreciate some help coming up with a decent NDA. There are quite a few on the web, some free but I have no idea as to the quality or how 'binding' they might be and can't afford to pay lawyer's fees at this point in the process. Specifically UK based and appropriate for a web-based venture. Thanks.

      Id say if you dont have a lawyer invloved your agreement will be so full of holes that the agreement is essentially worthless in court. even if you find some on the internet you wont be able to know which ones are good or not, eg if they are valid in your country etc. http://www.puzzleframework.com
