Hi. I have a big problem. - I cant figure out how to put many pictures on top of each other. I have a table with a picture as a background, I would like 2 pictures on top of that one, just like layers in an image. I need the pictures to be asp.net 2.0 objects with visible=false so that the user don't know that the images is there. but then the user clicks a button, the pictures appear on top of the first picture. (the on as a background in the table). I've tried using relative offset position in css, but the picture is loaded and then moved, it leaves a white gap on the page where the picture originally was. I've also tried to use z-index in css, but if i set one of the pictures to z-index: -1 - then it gone (hides behind the whole website i think.)

Use DIV objects. Use javascript to move them. You can use the z index property in the style to adjust them You would be much better off creating a System.Web.UI.WebControls.Image object then call the FromFile method to get it. Then using GDI+ manipulate the image to get the final look. If your animating, use FLASH at www.macromedia.com 1 line of code equals many bugs. So don't write any!!
