Yes, I have. It isn't a perfect world. Quality is important but understaffed and underfunded is a difficult situation to be in. Chris and the team are trying, believe me, I was there.

What's your problem? I just asked a simple question. I wanted to know (from Mike) if it was Paul Watson he was referring to and how he had found out. So again, what's your problem?

Apologies Alvaro, I thought we were talking about why it is important to know who the person really is. I wasn't interogating you.
