"Eh? what's that sonny? I'd hit anyone with my cane that says we can't do the same job.... If I could only catch 'em...." Actually, I am rather comfortable even at GDC and Siggraph, although there is a perponderance of "youth" you have programmers older than I, and in most cases the "youth" want to learn from us.... Well, and after they learn all we know, they want to beat us with our canes and take our jobs... buy hey? who's worried? ;P A good healthy mix of new ideas and leveraged experience makes for a healthy organization: too much on either side stifles new ideas, or allows free-run of unworkable "creativity". I was one of those bright, young ideasmen once, but I still get the job done and done well and with creative solutions that speaks of youth of mind -- plus I am barely 40, to me that is still young. ;P _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau.
