    Just in case you were thinking that its only the "young uns" that populate the tech companies of the world today see: http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/inside_ms.mspx#EUBAE[^] Programming from a spec is like walking on water ...... Its Easier once frozen ;-)

      "Eh? what's that sonny? I'd hit anyone with my cane that says we can't do the same job.... If I could only catch 'em...." Actually, I am rather comfortable even at GDC and Siggraph, although there is a perponderance of "youth" you have programmers older than I, and in most cases the "youth" want to learn from us.... Well, and after they learn all we know, they want to beat us with our canes and take our jobs... buy hey? who's worried? ;P A good healthy mix of new ideas and leveraged experience makes for a healthy organization: too much on either side stifles new ideas, or allows free-run of unworkable "creativity".
