Lets have others comment on it. I believe that you meant what you inferred and are now embarrased. I bet that others will read your orginal post the same way I have. If they don't, then I appologise, but if everyone agrees that you meant it that way, I retract my appology. I  Microsoft and :bob:

Martin, although I enjoy your openly anti-English sentiments, I will have to agree with the others. Your critique of David's comments are way out of line. "Thank you, thank you very much" Elvis.

What David Wulff means is that whenever he is stressed out, he goes to his wife or girlfriend and uses their bodies for sexual release, thereby giving him a state of relaxation and comfort. He is also recommending that everyone else have the same types of relationships with women as he does, i.e., merely using the female form as a stress reliever or a human toilet. Is the lack of sleep disturbing your waking hours? Maybe you don't need those hours of sleep you are trying to get? Are your dreams waking you up? Or are you just not getting to sleep? When I am having trouble falling asleep, what I do is: **1)**exercise for at least 1/2hour **2)**start warming some milk **3)**hop in a warm shower **4)**drink some warmed milk with Baileys (I see honey was suggested, that would work too) **5)**lie in bed and read a dry book until I fall sleep I usually don't make it though a page! good luck :-) qomi "Don't compromise yourself. LOL  what nice polite terms you use To clarify :-O though I am sure you know the answer! Yes, anal sex done properly is a pleasurable experience on the receiving end. And in fact there are probably more endorphins released during anal sex for the receiver, since the purpose of endorphins is to act as an anaesthetic. As in 'a runners high'. However, it doesn't work if you are on the giving end of oral sex, unless you are receiving at the same time. Better? qomi "Don't compromise yourself. It's all you've got." - Janis Joplin

Even simple things like getting your ear or belly button peirced releases endorphins. So when you watch the X-Files and the guy tatoos his whole body, or has 500 piercings, it is not SO wierd. Maybe you can clear something up, since you seem to know a bit about the subject. When two people make love are the endorphins released due to the physical exertion? I can understand that anal sex would release endorphins because it can be painful at first, but surely not vaginal or oral? regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Sonork ID: 100.9903 Stormfront

But that is normal for me and it is not due to stress or worrying. It just takes my head an hour to slow down enough so that I can sleep :) Mauricio Ritter wrote: Does anyone have a solution As David said making love (sex) or masturbating is probably the best way. It relaxes you because men release certain hormones after having an orgasm which almost forces the body to rest and sleep (to recover from the physical exertion and stock up on sperm.) This is why a lot of men just roll over and fall asleep, and why their wives get so pissed off :) (though I don't condone rolling-over-and-falling-asleep, women should understand it is a physical thing) Otherwise do some exercise. Also I find sometimes if I am thinking to much I have to force myself to breathe deeply and start clearing my mind. First start thinking of more relaxing things, then from there move to simple things (like buy milk tomorrow or imagine a blue sky and drifting beneath it), once there you can literally start thinking blank thoughts. I find I have to actively think about all of this at first, and then a few minutes later it becomes automatic and the next thing I know I am waking up the next day not remembering how I fell asleep. regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Sonork ID: 100.9903 Stormfront

I find I have to actively think about all of this at first, and then a few minutes later it becomes automatic and the next thing I know I am waking up the next day not remembering how I fell asleep. regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Sonork ID: 100.9903 Stormfront
