First of all delete all folders and files in Temporary ASP.NET Files folder.Then right click on Temporary ASP.NET Files folder.Set Security Permission of this folder.Give full control to 'Everyone' and 'Network Sevice' users.And then try to run project.You will definitely get output.

You could try the following 1. check that file is not readonly 2. check the IWAM IUSR and ASP.NET user can access and use the file (or whatever account your web apps run under) 3. check the file is there not sure if that will help but hey "If i was king cigarettes would be free."

First of dont give permissions to ANY folder inside your windows folder. The Path property will give you the current path of your web app Make sure the ASPNET user has access to your web folder Nick 1 line of code equals many bugs. So don't write any!!
