Hi all I think that be cool if you add the popularity rate in each article in the category listing (for example C| Articles[^]) because some times an article with 1 vote appears at top and somethings not is so good as the others. The same thing happend in the last best picks area, is a good idea that an article qualify for the Best Pick after 5 or 8 votes. Best Regards Marcos ------------ My Articles[^]

I believe, that CP already has a lot of such metrics in place right. Taking example of your article itself (http://www.codeproject.com/cs/miscctrl/XpProgressBar.asp[^]), here are the various metrics that are displayed by CP. (*) 23,421 views (near the header of the article). (*) 62 votes for this article. Popularity: 8.23. Rating: 4.59 out of 5 (*) There is also a suggestion regarding download count, which you may like to check: http://www.codeproject.com/script/comments/forums.asp?forumid=1645#xx1433097xx[^] Vasudevan Deepak Kumar Personal Web: http://www.lavanyadeepak.tk/ I Blog At: http://www.dotnetjunkies.com/weblog/deepak/

Maybe if they changed it up like google does. If they listed most popular first an article creating your tic tac toe game would never show. Maybe if they showed the top 5 and randomly showed the rest. To be fair for the writers 1 line of code equals many bugs. So don't write any!!
