I've been thinking about it for sometime now and same ideas and keep revolving in my mind, so thought ill get someone elses point of view on this. If anybody can think of anything please add... What are the goals of the person using this "business directory"? Features should revolve around the needs of the people using it. A feature that nobody needs is a feature that wastes the time of the developer, adds additional burden on the user and provides no profitable benefits to the company.
"On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], 'Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?'
