Hello all, I asked a question in the forums yesterday about how to go about setting up an online web community. I appreciate the help. Now I'm wondering if the folks in the lounge could suggest a web host for me to use. I previously used WebHost4Life, but I found that they tended to be down fairly often. Who would you suggest and why?

I'm using M6.NET as they support ASP, ASP.NET PHP, MS SQL Server MySQL, ACCESS and many more features. I have used them for years and have never had cause for compliant. Support is excellent and best of all their pricing is attractive. Steve Jowett

Hi there, You can get even free web hosting, but... Checkout webhosting.info to find out about web hosting companies and their potential. They should give you a list of top hosting companies. If you want to go with big companies you can get a list of thousands of them at webhosting.info, but does size matter? I don't think so. I host couple of my sites with www.hostinto.com They charge $2.99/M CAN for basic HTML sites and $12.50 for ASP or DB driven . I have been hosting for about 5 months with them and I had no problem. Good luck. Vasil

We always refer our clients to HostGlobe. http://www.hostglobe.com. They are a division of NeoSpire. They are very reasonably priced, provide a wide range of hosting options and have superb service/support. Our clients consistenly experience 0 downtime and fast server responses. We have also personally toured their Fort Knox like facilities and found their security practices to be top-notch.
