Were you searching for a literal error message or something? Using google to scan for badly configured sites is a pretty common trick. Ryan
"Michael Moore and Mel Gibson are the same person, except for a few sit-ups. Moore thought his cheesy political blooper reel was going to tell people how to vote. Mel thought that his little gay SM movie about his imaginary friend was going to help him get to heaven." - Penn Jillette

I think you may want to run a spyware/virus check on your machine. Sounds like something has gotten control of your browser. Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

I had the very same thing happening to me a while ago - it went away after a couple of hours (I blamed it on me running a Mac) :~ Cheers Martin

I wasn't searching at all. Just opened IE. My homepage is my Google home page. I'll try removing stuff until it stops (because it's still doing it).
Try setting IE to get new information with every visit. If you're running through a proxy server or have a large IE cache, it's possible that IE is saying "well this information isn't that old so it's probably correct." IE Tools -> Options, General tab, Settings button in the middle of the page, click the top radio button. This *should* help, let us know. Mike Poz

That happened to me a while ago, I assumed the Net was having a bad hair day.
"Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it." - Ellen Goodman
