Reply email notification

Is it just me, or no one is receiving email notifications of replies to a post? I think I'll head to the suggestions forum, but just want to know if this is temporary or is something wrong with my account. The check box for email notification is always on. regards, Mircea Many people spend their life going to sleep when they’re not sleepy and waking up while they still are.

cool...because i always forget to uncheck it and my inbox gets choked with replies...i wish we could just set the default checkbox position in our profiles or something, that way it better on the CP server than having to spam-block that address Roswell

I've checked into this before in the past and as with most email problems these days it comes down to stupid attempts to filter spam which all together now "DON'T WORK". Apparently some numbnuts who subscribe to notifications here report the codeproject emails to some sort of spam service and thus anyone who's ISP subscribes to that service blocks your emails from CP for a seemingly random period of time.

Ahh but it depends on your isp, it took us years to get ours to stop filtering our email because we use it for business and sometimes didn't get email from our customers. It's ridiculous technology that doesn't work
