Hi, I wanted to know if anyone knows any program that could give me some diagrams (uml for example) and information from a database. So, if anyone of you guys know about that it would help me  Thanks!

I don't know if it still does, but Visio used to reverse engineer schemas from a database. You might look into that.

What database product are you using. Many UML tools will import from some database implmentation or from it's DDL.

I used to use ERwin. Very powerfull but it's a payed one. Now I use DBDesigner[^] that even doesn't support so many features it has some and one of them is the DB Reverse Engineering. I hope it helps, Marc Soleda

Yes, actually I started last week coding to do exactly that. I want to read all the possible info from any databases, show them to the user in detail including tables, indexes, stored procedures, views, triggers etc and make diagrams in base of this info. But I don't know if I'll have the time so... :) Thanks!

There's also another program very powerfull that we'll give you also all this info. It's also a payed one and it's called "EMS SQL Manager" where SQL should be any of the DBs available on his website. Google it. Marc.
