I went and saw the movie last night. Yeah, it's a kids' movie, but I enjoyed it. It's a very different way of looking at the story of Red Riding Hood,to say the least. For those that haven't heard, it's basically a movie about a police investigation into the events leading up to the wolf being in granny's bed and the woodcutter coming into the house etc. Quite well done, but I must say the eventual "criminal" was a little predictable. That would be the only criticism I have of the movie. All in all, it was quite worth it to see a different take on a classic story. Kids will love it (and grownups too). I'm just be a big kid :)

Glad to hear it's good! I saw a preview when I took Mikey to his first movie (Over the Hedge - he was fascinated for 20 mins then fell asleep :) ) and it looked pretty funny.

      A mum and loving it!

Reminded me of this joke. It *is* a repost, but it's been a long while, so I thought I'd post it again. Little Red Riding hood is skipping down the road when she sees a big wolf crouched down behind a log. "My, what big eyes you have, Mr. Wolf!" The wolf jumps up and runs away. Further down the road Little Red Riding Hood sees the wolf again and this time he is crouched behind a bush. "My, what big ears you have, Mr. Wolf!" Again the wolf jumps up and runs away. About two miles down the road Little Red Riding Hood sees the wolf again and this time he is crouched down behind a rock. "My, what big teeth you have Mr. Wolf!" With that the wolf jumps up and screams, "Will you knock it off, I'm trying to poop!"

          Cheers, Vikram.

We just rented it a couple of days ago, at the start when red starts singing on her bicycle I started thinking "what the hell have we rented" then shortly afterwards I started thinking "cool". Definitely worth seeing.
