I m developing netbased application which requires dial-up networking,dial-up adapter,Microsoft Client etc. on user's computer installed. So how can i check if user has installed these components and if it is not there how to install programmatically from our application?

Automated attacks on my network settings, regardless of how benevolently they are intended, will be treated as viruses, and exterminated. The marketplace will take care of the problem; get your resume in order.
