How to use resx file?

Hi All, I am developing a single project application using VB.Net. I have added a “resx” file to the same project. But I don’t know how to create instance of that file. One of my friend has told me that I can create instance using Resources.ResourceManager. But I don’t know how to use it. Can anybody help me in this regard. Regards, Krishnaraj
