Accessing articles while in the forum!

Hello While browsing the articles section you have a javascripted menu to the left which could expand into subtopics for each major language. While browsing the forums or answering someone, sometimes I need to copy a link or directly jump to a subtopic. For example I'm telling him to read the articles in the multimedia section. I'm forced to make a new window, go to the articles section and then expand the menu to the left -in this case General C#-, then copy the link to the multimedia section. To the top left there is another menu which leads to the main page of each language. Why not expanding it when MouseOver, to include subtopics of each language, so that when I'm replying to someone, and I want to jump -or refer- directly to a subtopic, I don't have to go through all this?
