How to flash a message in MFC

I want to display a Message box to the user for some time only without waiting for its reponse i wish to move ahead How to achieve this . Please help me out

In addition to what has already been suggested, I have always liked the look of Balloon help, Esp. for informational stuff. See Balloon Help as a non-modal replacement for MessageBox()[^]
