    Well, that may well be tough. However, it's not hypocritical at all to make clear that you only want to talk to people where the hassle of sponsoring someone is not going to be a factor. It's stating clearly what you're willing to do. In a job market where there are not enough people for positions, companies will accept the hassle more readily, as it stands they know they don't need to, so they won't.     Christian, I do my best not to read posts by anonymous posters, let alone reply to them. I don't want to tell you what to do, but if someone hasn't got the time, to create a Nick let alone a name for themselves, there post isn't worth reading.
