Ahhh, time to relax....

After hiking this morning and Christmas shopping this afternoon, I came home and cooked up a casserole with egg noodles, portobello mushrooms and spinach in a white wine cream sauce. Now with a full belly and a couple of glasses of my friend's homemade Sauvignon Blanc to chase it all down, I'm ready to crash on the couch and watch Elf or maybe Grumpy Old Men. :cool:
