Oh, I just noticed that, too, I just didn't work out what it was.

Hi chris. Seeing that the new mvp's lost their other identifying icons maybe you should allow for more than one icon to show next to their names in the forum?

I just noticed that the CP MVPs have gotten a new icon in the message boards. Now that is a nice little perk, well done Chris. Now I am almost dissappointed that I lost my MVP status when the status was re-awarded after the recent debacle after having that status for the past two years without a special icon.

Same here, just when I received gold membership, they removed the icon...

LOL, a long, long time ago the bronze/silver and gold medals where also shown just like you have a special icon for your status. Just before I reached gold all the icons where set to the little faces, accept the special ones (Supporter, SysAdmin, ...). (Or at least that's what I remember, maybe my mind is playing tricks on me ;P)

Do you mean a Code Project MVP, or a Microsoft MVP ? Either way, it's a process where people are given an award based on their community contributions, the icon we're talking about is for CP MVPs.
