LOL, a long, long time ago the bronze/silver and gold medals where also shown just like you have a special icon for your status. Just before I reached gold all the icons where set to the little faces, accept the special ones (Supporter, SysAdmin, ...). (Or at least that's what I remember, maybe my mind is playing tricks on me ;P)

You see, a Hall of Fame would have removed a lot of problems like these.:-D
the last thing I want to see is some pasty-faced geek with skin so pale that it's almost translucent trying to bump parts with a partner - John Simmons / outlaw programmer
Deja View - the feeling that you've seen this post before. -

Now I am almost dissappointed that I lost my MVP status when the status was re-awarded after the recent debacle
That was rather, erm, embarrassing, I would say. Marc
People are just notoriously impossible. --DavidCrow
There's NO excuse for not commenting your code. -- John Simmons / outlaw programmer
People who say that they will refactor their code later to make it "good" don't understand refactoring, nor the art and craft of programming. -- Josh SmithMarc Clifton wrote:

After losing so many good people their MVP status yesterday, I thoroughly deserve to be kicked into this hall.:-D

Do you mean a Code Project MVP, or a Microsoft MVP ? Either way, it's a process where people are given an award based on their community contributions, the icon we're talking about is for CP MVPs.
Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++ Metal Musings - Rex and my new metal blog
Any nomination form for CP MVPs or it is by CP Panelist itself selecting the members?
