Is this legitimate? http://www.srsnova.com/products/12143[^] I noticed that is says, ""Not for Resale" is written on the CD." I thought that may just be a consumer warning, but then I thought that it's an odd thing to say with a description.

The don't put "Not for Resale" on something meant for resale... ever.

It's dodgy. Check out http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/en/counterfeit.mspx[^] for more details on what a disk should look like or not. As a rule, if a site makes you want to even question whether it's legit or not it probobly isn't...
