Edit the VS 2005 context menu...?
-
So, with using VSS, Resharper, a couple of other add-ins, the context menu has grown to be pretty big. Almost takes up the whole screen height... which is a bit ridiculous... Is there any tool that allows the context menu to be edited and/or restructured? It'd be useful to hive off the VSS commands into their own separate sub-menu, for example. Any suggestions? Cheers, Jon

You don't find that the add ins wage war on each other ? I've never had success running more than one.

You can edit this in VS2005 itself. Tools -> Customize -> Toolbars. Then check Context Menus. -Saurabh

Yeah, but we're going to quietly assign a Super 14 team to each add-in, and check the Sports pages each Monday morning to see which should get preference...

You've never seen any of my systems, have you? ;P I've usually got at least 4 running...but 6-8 is more typical.

(In VS 2003) I have 5 add-ins loaded, of which 4 get used constantly (Visual Assist[^], Fast Solution Build[^], Solution Build Environment[^] and Comment Reflower[^]). I've (touch wood) not had any problems due to bad interactions between them.
