how to Upload website in internet?

Hi all. I have created a website in asp.net ( visual studio 2003 ) and SqlServer2000. but both of them are in my PC. I want to upload it in internet How can I do that ? which files should I upload? how about my database? please help me. thank you.

Do you have a web host that supports ASP.NET and SQL Server? I think the general consensus on these matters is that thats the first step.
