Upper Division Summary - Not Complete (UC trfr not calculated in audit GPA)
    20.0 ATTEMPTED HOURS 62.8 POINTS 3.14 GPA

The important part here is that my upper division GPA, as of last quarter...is PI. I'm more proud of that than I would be of a 4.0. ;P

There is (or rather, WAS) this marketing campaing like thing, the vanishing point game. part of the last CES. Anyways, there were clues from a woman whose name was Loki or somthing i think. in her bio, she said her GPA was exactly 3.14, or PI. "That's harder to achieve than you might think" i think e=thats a word-for-word quote. heh. you sure youre not her? I'm starting to doubt youre a guy after such a similarity. heh.

I think it's an American University school thing, or something. Either that, or some kind of weird American sport (that probably involves lots of padding and taking breaks for no obvious reason) ;P

Which is where the masses will now think that PI is exactly 3.14. Yet another example of media dumbing down the small folk. Marc

I'm a math major, so I obviously realize that 3.14 is a horrible approximation for pi. ;)

That sounds like a grad school argument for not repeating a 6000 level class.
