Backup & Restore

Well.. Now I'm facing a difficult scenario. Our web server (IBM rack PC) will be pull off for temporary, and my boss ask me to create a similar duplicate in another PC Server. Our web server using RAID harddrive and consist of two partitions. And I need to copy entire harddrive (with those partitions) to new harddrive. The question is ? 1. Is there any backup program who can create image from entire harddrive and save it to network folder? 2. Is there any restore program who can restore an image from network folder ? I don;t have physical access to web server but i have access to new PC server, so everything must be done remotely. Any opinion ?
