Can someone provide me with a link to the download centre for subscribed MSDN members? I keep getting bounced around pages, even though it has let me log-in with my correct membership details. I've found it before, but at the moment it keeps redirecting me to the normal MSDN-Download pages (e.g. non-subscriber content).

    Regards, Ray

You need to click the manage my subscrptions link n the right hand side of the screen once you log in. It is nicely hidden on the page.

I think they have problems at the moment: "An Error Has Occurred There was an unexpected error while retrieving your benefit data and we cannot process your request."

For the past few weeks, I've been getting errors on the download page too. What I have to do is log in (which takes me to an error page), then hit Back then Forward in the browser, and I finally end up in the subscriber area.

I've had this problem before. Turned out it was something corrupt with cookies or something. I cleared everything out and things went swimmingly.

That did it, flushing cookies and cached pages! Thanks!

That's great. By the way, I've so far avoided that problem by not letting Passport remember my password. It seems to be fine by remembering my e-mail address.
