hi to all!! whenever my windows system is idle for even 30 seconds then a black screen appears.then it becomes necessary for me to move mouse. i want to know what settings i will have to do for this to increase its time interval. thanks a lot in advance!!!

Change the screensaver properties from the Display properties in controlpanel.

"About my religion : Islam ..."thanks for reply. actually i have disabled screen saver settings. also for this i enabled once screen setting and set out the wait time to be 45 min. then also no effect.

Try going to
Control Panel->Power Options->Power Schemes
and change the "Turn Off Monitor" property.

Barring all else, try plugging a different monitor into the machine. Your symptoms sound alot like how my Mitsubishi DiamondPro died a few weeks ago.
