I'm only saying this cause sex on the beach is kinda my fav drink too,next to sparkling nipples(a vodka drink). and then there's the screwdriver. nothing beats good ol vodka + orange juice right? couple of days back I had this awesome drink at a new Tex-Mex joint, a on-the-house speciality that's a variant of a bloody mary. That's good then - it's a little leftover from last night's festivities - well apart from the screaming orgasm on the rocks which I don't actually like (all those sharp edges do murder to my back). When I ordered the first round of vodka martini's I was told they'd be served in wine glasses. At first it didn't twig as to why, but then I realised just how many glasses these cocktail barmen break when doing their little dances. Every five minutes there was a "smash" followed by big grinning and "I'll just fetch the mop". Still, I can't complain - I wouldn't have a clue where to start. I can just about mix a makeshift screwdriver on my own, but that is it. That doesn't look very close. I made it up, and the cocktail waitress christened it. It started out being just a Gold Hound; I added the tonic to counter the acidity of the juice with quinine's alkalai (plus I really like tonic water!)
