I have been working on a Service that is essentially a web server, I have gotten the server code to work in other non-service apps, but when I start the service it doesn't stop or give errors suggesting that it is running but when ever I try to view a page it just gives me a cannot find server error. The account the server is logged in as is Computer Administrator. Can anyone help me? -:suss:Matt Newman / Windows XP Activist:suss: -Sonork ID: 100.11179

A long shot but if your using a proxy server normally insure that you've got the settings setup to bypass the proxy for local addresses.

"Isn't that the "write once, debug everwhere" language?" Tom Archer on Java... :)
