Windows service to watch a directory

I want to watch a ftp directory, where users will upload documents, using a windows services in .Net. BUt the directory watcher in .net hav serious problem, its event get fired when the file is not completed yer, can someone suggest better solution or an alternative. i hope u guys will....... :) many thanks, adnan

Just so you know, unlike some other forums replying to yourself does not bump your post to the top. Look at this article, it may not be great but it doese mention what you are having a problem with[^]
