Is there any restriction on the name of the stored procedure. I mean on the length of the sp.What is the max length that a stored procedure can have.

From SQL Server Books On Line: the NAME of a stored procedure cannot exceed 128 characters. The size of a Transact SQL Stored procedure cannot exceed 128 MB.
