Hey everyone I have a question. A long time ago I got VS.NET BETA 2. A month or 2 ago I bought Visual C# .NET and Visual C++.NET(Did this to save money considering im only 14 and I havent found a decent job for a kid my age). Ok, when I installed Visual C#.NET I was disapointed to see there was no project types for a class library (DLL) So I took the project template for a class library off my BETA 2 CD and put it into the correct folder on my harddrive. That solved my problem now I have the class library project item but is this legal? I dont see why it would be illegal considering I payed for both programs, anybody know?

I didn't know you could buy the languages individually.... I don't see how it's illegal - you're using stuff you bought and stuff MS gave you, so how could it be ? Christian The tragedy of cyberspace - that so much can travel so far, and yet mean so little. And you don't spend much time with the opposite sex working day and night, unless the pizza delivery person happens to be young, cute, single and female. I can assure you, I've consumed more than a programmer's allotment of pizza, and these conditions have never aligned. - Christopher Duncan - 18/04/2002

Yah you can buy the standard versions of each C++, C# and... VB. They are each about $110 They are pretty much complete too, they each contain JScript.NET and the XML designer. Thanks for your reply I just wanted to make sure:)
