            Microsoft's web portal sucks. yahoo's web portal sucks. After the merger there would have been one less bad web portal. A fraction of the yahoo users who hate the merged suck more than they hate google will use google instead. Likewise for a fraction of the MSN users. Google's web hegemony will continue to grow. :zzz:

              Even though you didnt provide I link to the origin of this I will at least respond and say that I would be pissed/at a loss because I dont like Microsoft's email but I do like Yahoo's so I wouldnt know what to do unless they were to leave that piece alone but they probably wouldnt.

                It won't matter either way - neither has a search engine that works. Combining two non-functional systems is unlikely to result in a better one.
