It was tutoring every weekend since middle school, so 7 years (if the system is similar to the USA). 12 years is for the 12-year school system, I believe :)

Imagine going to school all week, no doubt spending all evening every evening doing homework and then getting tutoring in the weekends too, for 7 or 12 or however many years. I wonder what kind of person that turns out? I hope she likes the pink roses.
