Report on WinXP SP1

Here's an interesting report on WinXP SP1 ("due" in August...) New Window http://www.winsupersite.com/reviews/windowsxp_sp1_preview.asp Same Window http://www.winsupersite.com/reviews/windowsxp_sp1_preview.asp I saw some documentation on MSDN yesterday that said something like, "this only works on W2k SP3 and after." So, am I the only one who doesn't know about SP3 for Windows 2000??? :confused:

They are putting Win2K SP3 together right now. They are also doing an unprecedented BETA with the XP SP1 with approx 10,000 testers if I remember correctly. Success is measured by ones ability to mask complexity with simplicity.
