Good to see the World's Largest Peach(water tower actually) is listed. :) It's about 20 min. from my house. Some locals refer to it as the Big Butt or Peachoid. Peach/Butt[^]

Interesting, I didn't know there was another one. That site mentions they were built by the same company.

People reliably vote in their own interests. That's what this little demonstration proves.

By the way, since you seem to care about it, did you vote?
No. I agree with the Egyptians. This was meaningless.

I'm amazed The World's Largest Prairie Dog[^] didn't make the list. It's a marvel beyond anything else I have seen.

Oddly enough, they have found the body of pharaoh and the bodies of other important people of past. But they have yet to uncover the body of Christ.

 Nice! At least that thing resembles the real thing. I actually stopped by to see the Prairie Dog (driving across Kansas is incredibly boring) and was a little let down by what amounted to little more than a pile of brown concrete with eyes. Good for a laugh, though. :)

Oddly enough, some say they can not have faith to believe in Christ and what the Bible says about him, but they can have faith in carbon 14 dating. With carbon 14 dating if all holds true*, it has a half-life of 5730 years. So its accuracy is limited and can only be used on materials less than 70,000 years old. *This is the part that has to be taken on faith. Assumes that the rate of carbon 14 production has been constant through the past 70,000 years.

Now Red's comment was funny but how would you feel if code-frog's story is true. Do you have kids?

Because I have seen several of them, and they all have scientific "theories" on there that have been completely proven wrong. For instance the one about the magnetic field, or about the sun's size. I think that any supposively scientific information that came from religious websites would be highly suspect at best.

Quote: It sometimes seem that it takes more faith to not have faith in the Bible. That might work if there was just one bible, but there are so many religious books with their creation stories that your statement is just ridiculous.
