Heya, How can one hack the msn id. Well i don't know there is one guy who always hack my msn id all the time. I have changed it lot many times keeping really difficult password, keeping hint questions really tough. But still this guy has hacked my id. Well one of my friend yesterday told me that i was online whereas i was not. And i am sure that was the same guy again. Is there any way i could take action against him..?? Now i don't know any details of that person except his msn id.... Any help would be greatly appreciated. ta

I always recommend a swift eye gouging. That usually stops people from messing with me.

Maybe it is just me but I am always suspicious when people ask "How do I hack..." under the pretense that they have been hacked! :|

I don't think this could be the issue. System was reformatted many times after he last worked on my system but yeh i am not aware if there are remote ways of hacking...

Oh no don't worry..I have no interest in hacking any one's id and also it is an illegal thing to do..As a computing student i cant even dare to do such things keeping my career at risk..But this guy is now getting onto my nerves. Changing password is not a solution anymore i guess. I need to take some good action against him else he would just keep messing around. But then i need a proof that he hacked my system. Anyway i am looking for a permanent solution this time. Let's see

There are many types of hardware that connect between your computer and your keyboard and cache your strokes. That or, if you have a seperate e-mail account that sends you your new passwords, they might have access to other accounts and such.

What I noticed back when I was on Windows XP is that the Microsoft Messenger (not Windows MSN Messenger or Live) would log me in, without showing a tray icon if you had auto-login enabled and some other features, try checking your task manager for a msg...exe process.

It could be that Outlook (or some other app) is using msn in the background and you don't know it. Or it's not shutting down properly after you use it. The person you're chasing might just be yourself

he means you have Malware (bad software) on your machines that logs key strokes then a bad person will have your log on ID and password. you say you reformat your machine, so either your getting reinfected very quickly or more likely he knows the answer to your Question on your account. the question and answer to mine is nonsence so if i ever forgot my password which is well highly unlikely theres no chance i could get a new one. so not sure if its possible. change your Question and Answer and change your password on a secure machine.

Haha that's true, I thought someone had infiltrated my Instant messaging account a while back...I forgot my phone signs me on automatically when I turn it on. I signed on a different account and messaged the "infiltrator" only to have my phone buzz in my pocket "New Message- WHAT THE F*&$ GET OFF MY SCREEN NAME A$$ HAT".

he means you have Malware (bad software) on your machines that logs key strokes then a bad person will have your log on ID and password. you say you reformat your machine, so either your getting reinfected very quickly or more likely he knows the answer to your Question on your account. the question and answer to mine is nonsence so if i ever forgot my password which is well highly unlikely theres no chance i could get a new one. so not sure if its possible. change your Question and Answer and change your password on a secure machine.

 yeah all the best in catching him... out of interest is he doing any malicious? like talking to friends sending emails. beating your friends at checkers? if this 'person' isnt doing anything its unlikely you have even been hacked. but more of a ghost, in that when you shut down he doesnt leave for a bit. who knows... hey a nice hacker.. makes a change :-D
