I don't think these sort of interviews actually test the interviewee. It just shows how much trivia they have memorised. The real key is whether you can answer questions that make you think about a situation. Or that allow you to open up and talk about your area of expertise. Those are things that you can't really prepare for. I would recommend reading the job description and looking at what skills they are asking for. If you need to be client facing, what have you done in the past that can demonstrate that you can interact with a client easily without patronising them or confusing them. If you are going to be part of a team, what have you done in the past that demonstrates you are a good team player.

As I answer you in your other post trolling for interview cheatsheets, you need experience and a good firm grip of the basics. Most companies would rather have somebody who has a firm grasp on the basics; I don't want rocket scientists - they generally have too much "baggage". Give me a couple of solid coders who know their way round the basics any day.
