Did you ever think about looking for a new job or starting your own company? I'd like to be my own boss, but I'm not up to taking the risk... yet. Anyone out there started your own company? Like it or not, I'm right.

What does your job involve that VS.NET would benefit you? Identify it, write up a report using it as justification for the purchase, and submit it. If you've done so and it was ignored or denied, then ask why; i would think they would tell you. Most likely, it is just too early to justify such a move yet; after all, it's only been released within the past 6 months! yeah, i know, i'm not supposed to answer rhetorical questions... it's just a bad habit... --------

The Project Manager has also mailed the Real Boss in the US about it. But nothing's happening. I am waiting and waiting endlessly. Everytime I raise the issue they say that they have corresponded with the boss. Blast!!! Nish
