AJAX help required!!!!

Hi everyone, I am shifting from .NET 1.1 to 2.0.I installed VS .NET 2005 with AJAX extensions. I am very fascinated by the term AJAX and its advantages but i didn`t get any samples for it. Can anyone spend a moment to help me out!!!!!
when you download AJAX toolkit there are two version, the one with samples and the other without Samples. also in the asp.net ajax home page, there is a lot of videos about how to start using the ajax toolkit, remember, the toolkit is just that a easy and fast way to use some AJAX capabiities. http://www.asp.net/learn/videos/default.aspx?tabid=63#ajax http://www.asp.net/ajax/downloads/
